Being highly sensitive can be a struggle especially in a world like the one we live in. There’s so much going on, so much pain and humans do the most hurtful things…

One thing you can do to help yourself navigate throughout life being highly sensitive, is to try to not take everything too personally. You can achieve this by boosting your level to self-confidence; you won’t worry too much about what people think and how they feel about you.

Also, give up on people pleasing and seeking their validation. Learn to say No and remember that just because something is happening to you doesn’t mean you have to care or let it bother you.
