The high pace of life, as a rule, deprives us of the opportunity to contemplate, listen to the body and have quiet, leisurely conversations.

Giving yourself permission to take a walk in the park, even at the cost of undone tasks, can be more therapeutic than forcing yourself to complete tasks at any cost.

Half an hour of meditation in the evening or in the morning will help you focus on yourself and hear how your body reacts to slowing down.

A couple of hours of complete immersion in a conversation about something neutral will remind you of what is really important to you.
