Change “I CAN’T” to “HOW”



Instead of refusing to do something, ask yourself how it can be accomplished. Trying to solve a problem, especially if it is successful (but not only), makes us feel better.

Instead of immediately refusing or dismissing a task or challenge, it is beneficial to adopt a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Rather than saying “I can’t do that” or “That’s impossible,” ask yourself “How can I accomplish this?” This mental shift engages your creative problem-solving abilities and opens up possibilities that may have been overlooked.

When faced with an obstacle or difficult situation, the natural tendency can be to avoid it or give up before even attempting to find a solution.
