Kare First Love Mini Review (manga)

PG-13/16 for some sexuality, nudity…typical shoujo romance stuff; official series website

This is yet another story about an ugly girl who’s not actually ugly. The first volume reads like a shoujo “What Not To Do”; the characters are all blatant clichés, the love story is based on nothing more than the fact that the main characters in a romance generally end up together, and worst of all, the mangaka doesn’t seem to realize that her story is nothing new and therefore feels the need to spend chapter after chapter explaining her heroine’s generic problem. The one saving grace is the main male character–although he’s way too perfect to be realistic or even interesting, at least he’s a nice guy instead of the asshole who often plays love interest in this kind of story.

Initial impression: Don’t bother. (NotHayama)

    i love this an read it every day online untill i finished it what is gonna happen next she just cant say yes to him get married and then have it end with some cheese little preview of them as kids gosh we want to see the real things like what happeneds after they get married does she go to music college or what does kiryia go to new york i mean send out book 11 already plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz people

    I recently read it and I consider it amazing! It’s so cute the way he aproaches of her, and I mean he is so cute! Not only cute but sexy, if you know what I mean… :P Anyway, I beleave I read it only in one day, yeas 24 hours, I just couldn-t stop, I goto sick in the beggining because of that Karin friend, Yuko… God I hate that bitch! Anyway I really loved the story, and how their relationship developed! But I really think that there shoul be more hot scenes! xD I’m a little pervert… lol But let me make it clear, no hentai! Oh God, that no… I said just a LITTLE!
    PS: I’m brazilian so if ther is any spelling mistake sory, I’m horrible at this!
