I acn't remember when I dropped this anime. All I know is the last thing I saw before closing the tab was a conversation between the girl and the guy on the deck at the restraunt. I can't remember what the conversation was, just that something about it made me give up on it.

I thought this was cool:
*The blonde guy killing people in a totally laid back manner
*The girl being a fairy doctor
*Victorian era

But this ruined it for me:
*The talking cat
*Some choices that the characters took that I can't remember, but I know that I criticized them
*Whatever lame conversation took place on the deck
*I think there may have been some kind of talk of marriage at the restraunt, but I'm not sure..Either way, marriage creeps me out, so I left.

But if it gets better, I might force myself to pick it up again..Spring break for a week; I need something to distract me from finishing my homework.

(im aware that this is a very old review but i hope its okay that ill comment anyways) thank God someone stood up to earl and fairy. I like the novel, and I can appreciate the stories, however in the anime, like you said, there's just too much sparkies!!! like, what the hell, does everytime a guy smile at the girl have to have that sound effect?? instead of liking the guy you'd somehow *cringe* at the effect inbstead. and the fight scenes, ugh, crappy..so id recommend reading the manga/lightnovel(if only more people than kagedreams could translate it to english though) than the anime..

Hmm... I never thought of it that way. I was just pissed that theanime ended like it was going to have another episode AND it suggested that she was stuck with the Earl. I hate that guy! He's a drunk, an idiot, a useless character and he's annoying. I liked Raven more. He didnt even talk he just made up for the Earls mistakes. Even kelpie was better. Seriously, he doesnt take no for an answer (but then he does - freakin lame)
but that Earl does nothing. He doesnt even deserve Lydia.
